Abstract:
Disclosed is a household knife for cutting sashimi, falling within the field of kitchen tools. The knife for cutting sashimi comprises a transparent knife body (1), a blade (2), a pad (3) and a fixed device. One end of the knife body (1) curls up to form a curved face, and the pad (3) is between the knife body (1) and the blade (2). The blade point can fully come into contact with the fish when it is cut by the curved face of the knife body (1) being pressed close to the fish; and the condition of the fish can be observed through the transparent knife body, and the sashimi is cut down to the thickness of the pad (3). The household knife for cutting sashimi has a simple structure and low cost, is convenient and easy to use, and is very suitable for domestic use as large and complete pieces of sashimi with a thickness of about 1 mm can be cut with it.
