Abstract:
The invention relates to a refrigerator fitted out for household storage of food products. The inventive refrigerator comprises a cold and frozen storage chambers. One or several cylindrical vacuum chambers are placed inside a part of the cold and/or frozen storage chamber. Each chamber is fitted with a hermetical, mainly transparent, lid fixed to the end thereof and with a depressurizing device. A nozzle fitted with a controlled valve is placed inside the vacuum chamber. A vacuum device, the valve and pressure and temperature sensors are connected to a processing system. The invention extends the functional capabilities of the refrigerator, making it possible to store therein various food products in a vacuum and without a vacuum, to increase the rate of cooling by acceleration of the adiabatic expansion of air injected into the vacuum chamber from a freezer or the freezing chamber, and to reduce the material consumption and mass of the refrigerator.
