Abstract:
Reliability of carbon dioxide gas filling processing for an aerosol container and efficiency of dissolving carbon dioxide gas are improved.
As shown in, for example, FIGS. 1 to 3, totally two gas filling groove-like parts 3c for filling carbon dioxide gas are provided on an outer peripheral surface of a housing 3 formed by a cylindrical part for holding a stem 4 having a valve function, and at least one of the two gas filling groove-like parts 3c is formed at a position deviated from all caulked parts 2d at a plurality of places of a mounting cup 2 fixing the housing 3. The carbon dioxide gas is caused to intensively flow and fill inside a container body 1 from the two gas filling groove-like parts 3c at most and is efficiently dissolved in a content (undiluted solution). In addition, the flows of carbon dioxide gas through the gas filling groove-like parts 3c at the two places are not disturbed by the caulked parts 2d at the same time.
