Description:
TITLE

HOUSING FOR FILTERS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE

Field of the invention.

[001] The present invention relates to the technical field regarding the production of housings (or containers in other words) of filters for filtering fluids , such as a liquid or a gas .

[002] In particular, the invention relates to a particular housing for housing a filter equipped with a facilitated closure system.

Brief outline of prior art

[003] As well known, the filters for fluids have many applications in different industrial fields .

[004] The filters for fluids can be used for treating liquid or gaseous substances in the food, medical field and so on.

[005] For example, these filters are used for separating two liquids from each other, eliminating solid impurities from a liquid, sterilizing liquids (such as wine, oil) , and so on.

[006] For example, said filters for fluids are used in the treatment of drinking water, in the food industry, in the pharmaceutical industry, and so on.

[007] Many different types of these filters exist and they are made of different materials and/or of different sizes depending on the use and specific needs .

[008] As well known from the laws of physics, fluids do not own a predefined shape but they assume the shape of the container where they are .

[009] Therefore, given that the filtering of fluids is involved, said fluids must be confined into suitable spaces for enabling the separation between a fluid to be treated (or filtered in other words) and a treated fluid (filtered) .

[0010] The separation of the pre- treated fluid from the post-treated fluid occurs by housing the above-mentioned filters into suitable housings .

[0011] The housings for filters on the market have different sizes depending on the filter to be housed.

[0012] Therefore, each housing can house one or more filters that are positioned into suitable seats of the housing.

[0013] These housings are made of different materials (such as metal, plastic) depending on the field of use of the filter, the features of the fluid to be treated, the involved operative temperatures , and so on.

[0014] Said housings comprise generally two parts of a substantially cylindrical shape, that is an upper part and a lower part .

[0015] Said parts constituting the housing, in use, are connected (assembled) to each other through a connection system.

[0016] When the two parts are detached, one can access the filter that can be replaced if necessary. The two parts can be obviously closed again thereby confining the filter inside and defining a containment volume where the filter that filters the fluid is placed. Therefore, the housing is equipped with an entry path such that the fluid, entering through the said entry path, enters the inside of the housing and intercepts the filter to then, exiting from the filter, be sent outside the housing through an exit path.

[0017] Each part constituting the housing has a surface that fits the other one . [0018] Said fitting surface is an annular surface of circular shape which extends radially from the lateral wall, in correspondence of the base end of each part, towards the outside (see for example references 11 , 12 of figure 2B) .

[0019] The closure of the housing is obtained by closing two clamps to form a collar connecting said two parts .

[0020] Each one of said two clamps comprises an inner groove suitable for receiving in use said two radially protruding surfaces and overlapping each other.

[0021] The clamps are kept closed in use by a lever .

[0022] To improve the tightness of the connection, a gasket is interposed between said two protruding surfaces .

[0023] In order to connect the two parts, the gasket (generally made of silicone) is interposed between the fitting protruding surfaces of said parts of the housing. The said parts are made to fit and the protruding surfaces of said parts are wedged into the grooves of the clamps and these clamps close around said surfaces through a lever to form a collar .

[0024] Figure 1 , figure 2A and 2B show housings for filters made as per the prior art .

[0025] According to figure 1 , a housing for filters of fluids, made of steel for example, is shown.

[0026] As highlighted by figure 1 , the housing comprises an upper part 1 and a lower part 2 .

[0027] The closure system is constituted by two clamps 6 and 6 ' hinged to each other at an end 7 thereof to form a collar that can. be opened or closed around this hinge 7.

[0028] On the opposite part the two clamps are locked with a lever system 8 into the closed position wherein the collar surrounds the housing.

[0029] Said clamps (6 , 6 ' ) are equal and placed symmetrically with respect to each other, with respect to a hinge around which they rotate . These clamps are applied in such a way as to surround the protruding surfaces ( 11 , 12 , see figure 2a) of the upper part 1 and lower part 2 . For this purpose, each one of said clamps comprises a groove 17 (see for example figure 2A) suitable for receiving the thickness of said protruding surfaces overlapping each other .

[0030] In addition, said housing comprises a piping tube of the fluids on entry 3 , where a discharge valve 5 is present .

[0031] The fluids enter the piping tube 3 , they are filtered and sent to the exit to the piping tube 4 .

[0032] In addition, in the housing there is comprised a seat 9 in the upper part 1 suitable for receiving a pressure gauge for monitoring the pressure of the fluids inside the housing .

[0033] Figure 2A shows a partial closure of the two parts (1 , 2 ) of the housing .

[0034] As highlighted by said figure, the clamp 6 ' is free to rotate around the hinge 7. In addition, there is highlighted the groove 17 (receiving channel) of clamp 6 ' that is coupled to the protruding surfaces (11 , 12) of the parts 1 and 2 respectively and with the gasket interposed between said surfaces . Substantially, the groove surrounds the two protruding surfaces and the gasket overlapping each other .

[0035] As mentioned above, clamp 6 , given that it is equal and symmetrical to clamp 6 ' , comprises a groove (not visible in figure) suitable for receiving in use the protruding surfaces (11, 12 ) .

[0036] Said clamps (6 , 6 ' ) rotate around the hinge 7 and receive in use the protruding surfaces (11 , 12 ) into the groove thereof , to then close to form a collar through a lever 8 thereby surrounding the housing. [0037] Figure 2B shows an exploded view of the closure system (or connection in other words) .

[0038] According to figure 2B, the components of the closure system are shown. The fitting surfaces (ll f 12 ) of part 1 and part 2 respectively and a gasket element 10 interposed between said surfaces can be noted.

[0039] Said gasket 10 is made of such a shape as to retrace the profile of said surfaces and having the same diameter (thus of annular shape) . Said gasket 10 is generally made of silicone to enable an optimal tightness between parts 1 and 2 , thereby reducing or eliminating seeping and leakages in general .

[0040] The closure system of the housing, as per the prior art, consists of the following operations :

[0041] Positioning the gasket 10 into the annular- radial surface 12 of part 2 ;

[0042] Overlapping the two parts 1 and 2 taking care of the fact that the annular radial part 2 overlaps the annular radial part 12 thereby locking the gasket 10 between them;

[0043] Applying the collar which surrounds the two annular parts 11 and 12 taking care of the fact that the said annular parts are inserted into the grooves 17 of the clamps ( 6 , 6 ’ ) ;

[0044] Locking through the lever 8 .

[0045] The introduced connection system has the difficulty of the precise insertion of the gasket 10 that can move .

[0046] In particular, while overlapping the two parts constituting the housing, said gasket can move from the starting position.

[0047] The pressure exerted by the clamps (6 , 6 ' ) , during the closure, in case of a gasket with an unprecise positioning, may cause a gripping of the gasket and, consequently, the wear of the gasket and a tightness that no longer works properly. If the operator notices the imprecise positioning of the gasket, she/he must spend additional time to repeat the closure process of the housing .

[0048] In case the operator does not notice it, significant inconveniences may occur, such as leakage of fluids from the housing.

[0049] In addition, the coupling between the two parts constituting the housing and the arrangement of the collar are not simple operations per se .

Summary of the invention

[0050] Therefore, an aim of the present invention is providing a new type of housing for one or more filters for fluids , such as liquids and/or gas, which resolves said technical disadvantages .

[0051] In particular, the aim of the present invention is to provide a housing for filters for fluids , the closure system of which, that enables to close the two parts constituting the housing, is easy, fast and safe .

[0052] The aims above and other aims are achieved with a housing for one or more filters , according to claim 1.

[0053] This housing for housing at least one filter for filtering a fluid, such as a liquid or a gas , can be intended for example for an industrial use such as in the pharmaceutical , food, chemical field, and so on.

[0054] Therefore, this housing is formed by at least two parts ( 1 , 2) that can be detached from each other and thus that can be rej oined to each other .

[0055] As per the prior art , the detachment allows the access to the inner volume (or the inner seat in other words) where the filter/s is/are positioned, generally in an interchangeable way.

[0056] Therefore , as per the prior art, one can have access to the inside thereof , for example for removing and/or replacing the filter.

[0057] Therefore, advantageously, said at least two parts when they are connected (or coupled in other words) to each other, form an inner seat suitable for lodging the said at least one filter and therefore into which the filter is confined.

[0058] When they are detached from each other, the access to this inner seat is obtained, for example for removing the filter and replacing it with another filter .

[0059] According to the invention, each one of the said at least two parts (1 , 2 ) comprises a thread which enables a coupling to each other by screwing.

[0060] All the above-mentioned technical drawbacks are easily resolved with this solution.

[0061] The coupling by screwing, through a simple thread, enables a fast , safe and precise coupling, in addition to the easiness to perform it .

[0062] The operator has no longer to take care of fixing the collar in a position around the annular surface protruding radially from the two parts, as per the prior art .

[0063] Now it is sufficient to draw the two parts near to each other by performing a screwing operation, for example by rotating a part with respect to the other one .

[0064] This not only ensures a faster and simpler coupling, but also, above all , the further technical effect of a structural simplification is obtained, given that the collar is no longer necessary and, consequently, the radial surfaces (11 , 12 ) are no longer necessary as well .

[0065] A rotation in the way opposite to the screwing determines the unscrewing which enables a detachment of the said parts from each other in a fast way.

[0066] Advantageously, a gasket element ( 10 ) which is interposed in use between the two parts (l f 2) can be provided .

[0067] Said gasket element (10) ensures a better tightness of the fluids that are suitable for being filtered through the filter which is inserted into the housing.

[0068] Advantageously, said gasket element (10) can have an annular shape .

[0069] In this way, it retraces the profile of the two overlapping parts .

[0070] Advantageously, one of the two parts of the housing can have the shape of a cup having a base (30) and a vertical wall (31) on which a first thread (13 ' ) is obtained .

[0071] Advantageously, the shape of a cup determines the formation of a containment volume delimited by the said base (30) and by the vertical wall (31) .

[0072] Advantageously, a cavity (50) (or digging in other words) which runs annular ly under the thread is formed in the angle of intersection between this base (30) and the vertical wall (31) .

[0073] Actually, the vertical wall is further incised at the base thereof (that is, along the perimeter of intersection between the base 30 and the vertical wall 31) thereby creating a support base of greater radius and thus enabling the gasket to be housed with a hem thereof which will be under the thread and locked into the cavity 50 generated accordingly.

[0074] In this way the gasket is firmer .

[0075] Advantageously, the gasket ( 10) has such a diameter as to be inserted into the cavity (50) formed in said part (2) where it remains fixed during the use of said housing.

[0076] Therefore, the insertion of the gasket element ( 10) into the cavity (50) ensures the fixing of said gasket (10 ) during the coupling of the parts constituting the housing, because it is confined between the vertical wall under the thread and the base (30) of part (2 ) .

[0077] Therefore, the insertion of the gasket element (10) is fast , precise and enables the removable fixing of said gasket element ( 10) into part (2 ) of the housing.

[0078] Advantageously, the thread (13 ' ) of the vertical wall (31) of part (2 ) faces the containment volume of the cup, said cup is formed by the base (30) and the vertical wall (31) of part (2 ) .

[0079] Advantageously, said at least two parts which couple through a thread are of a substantially cylindrical shape .

[0080] Advantageously, therefore, the lower part (2 ) with the shape of a cup comprises a base (30) and a vertical wall (31) of circular shape which protrudes vertically from said base (30) and on the vertical wall thereof a first thread (13 ' ) which faces the part of the base (30) is obtained, the said base (30) forming a support plane for the said gasket (10) and with said first thread ( 13 ' ) which is engaged with a second thread belonging to the other part (1) forming the housing.

[0081] Advantageously, therefore, the shape of a cup of the said lower part (2) determines the formation of a containment volume delimited by the said base (30 ) and by the vertical circular wall (31) and with said first thread (13 ' ) facing said inner volume .

[0082] Advantageously, along the perimeter of intersection between the base (30) and the vertical circular wall (31) of the cup- shaped lower part (2 ) there is a cavity (50) which runs circularly under the first thread.

[0083] Advantageously, therefore, said gasket (10) has such a diameter as to be inserted at least partially into the cavity (50 ) .

[0084] Advantageously, the upper part (1) of the housing with a generically cylindrical shape, and which is coupled to the lower part with a shape of a cup (2) comprises, in correspondence of the hem (13 ) thereof , a second thread (13 ' ' ) which is coupled to the said first thread (13 f ) of the cup- shaped body.

[0085] Advantageously, therefore, the thickness of the wall constituting the hem (13 ) where the second thread (13 ' ' ) is obtained is such as to stand above and to flatten the gasket (10) when the said upper part (1) is screwed in use to the cup- shaped lower part (2 ) .

[0086] Advantageously, the housing can be made of a plurality of materials, depending on the use and the used filters .

[0087] It is also described here the use of a housing with a filter according to one or more of the above -described features for filtering a fluid, such as a liquid or a gas .

[0088] It is also described here a filter system comprising at least one housing according to one or more of the previous features and at least one filter arranged into said housing.

[0089] In addition, it is described here the use of a filter system as indicated above for filtering a fluid.

[8090] In addition, it is described here an assembly method of a housing for filters , the method providing:

[0091] - Supplying a housing according to one or more of the features described above ;

[0092] - Arranging in use at least one filter ( 16) for filtering fluids ;

[0093] - Then proceeding with the connection of said at least two parts ( 1 , 2) of said housing by screwing.

[0094] Advantageously, in the assembly method described above there is provided the insertion of a gasket element (10) (or gasket in other words) between the parts constituting the housing. [0095] Therefore, one proceeds with assembling the housing with the supplying of a gasket element, the assembly providing the following phases :

[0096] - Positioning said gasket element (10) into the cavity (50 ) in part (2 ) of said housing;

[0097] - Connecting said at least two parts of said housing by screwing .

Detailed description of the invention

[00106] The subject of the present invention is a housing (1 , 2 ) for housing inside it at least one filter (16) for filtering a fluid, such as a liquid or a gas .

[00107] Said housing comprises at least two parts (1 , 2 , ) detachable from each other, for giving access to the inner seat wherein the filter is positioned in use and that can be rejoined to each other for closing the said inner seat in use .

[00108] According to the invention, there are provided at least one first thread and at least one second thread which are coupled to each other by screwing in order to enable a coupling with each other of said at least two parts .

[00109] Obviously, an unscrewing enables the detachment from each other of said two parts .

[00110] In other words , advantageously, therefore there is provided according to the invention a thread system which enables the coupling and/or the detachment of said two parts to/from each other .

[00111] The invention is described in detail below.

[00112] The housings for filters that are described in the present description are used for industrial use, such as in the pharmaceutical , chemical , food field and so on.

[00113] Depending on the features of the filter installed into said housings and depending on the housing itself , both liquids and gas , such as water or air, can he filtered in various operative process conditions (pressure, temperature, and so on. ) or a mixture of both.

[00114] Figure 1 , 2A and 2B describe the prior art in the production of the housing for filters for fluids , such as gas and/or liquid as mentioned.

[00115] The components that are equal to the prior art in the present invention maintain the same numbers . The components subj ects of the present invention have different numbers .

[00116] As described in the section of the prior art , a housing for filters for fluids has a substantially cylindrical shape .

[00117] Therefore , the housings can be made of different materials , such as metals , plastic, and so on depending on the uses to which they are intended.

[00118] Anyway, said housings are preferably made of metal (such as steel) .

[00119] Their shape is similar to a can and therefore to a cylindrical body with a circular transversal section.

[00120] However, cylindrical shapes with different transversal section, such as square, rectangular, and so on, are not excluded and they are to be considered included into the present description.

[00121] The attached figures show a cylindrical shape with a circular section but what is described is to be intended to be extended to shapes with different transversal section.

[00122] Going to the figures , and as already introduced in the prior art , the housing subj ect of the invention comprises two fitting cylindrical parts .

[00123] The upper part 1 can comprise a housing 9 for a pressure gauge , still as described in the section of the prior art .

[00124] The lower part of said housing can comprise two piping tubes for fluids, one tube for the fluids entering the housing and one tube for the fluids exiting from the housing.

[00125] With reference to figure 3A, the components of the housing, subject of the invention, are highlighted.

[00126] As mentioned above, said housing has a substantially cylindrical shape and comprises two parts (1 , 2 ) as described in the prior art .

[00127] The upper part 1 comprises a seat 9 for the pressure gauge to be able to measure and control the pressure of the fluids inside the housing during the filtering of said fluids .

[00128] In this way, it will be possible to monitor the operative pressure ,

[00129] The lower part 2 comprises two piping tubes (3 , 4 ) suitable for piping the entering and exiting fluids , respectively.

[00130] Therefore, these piping tubes are an entry tube 3 and an exit 4 , respectively.

[00131] In addition, a discharge valve 5 can be present in the piping tube 3 for the entering fluids .

[00132] Still with reference to figure 3A, with respect to the prior art , the clamps (6 , 6 ' ) and the lever 8 for closing these clamps are no longer present .

[00133] On the contrary, now the closure, according to the invention, occurs by i-otating part 1 onto part 2 , or vice versa, through the presence of a thread with which the two coupling parts are equipped.

[00134] Therefore, the coupling occurs by a simple screwing through two threaded surfaces with complementary threads that are coupled to each other .

[00135] Accordingly, figure 3 A shows by way of example a counter-clockwise way of rotation (right- turning) as shown by the direction of the arrow.

[00136] Obviously, the closure can also occur in the clockwise direction depending on the construction of the two parts (1 , 2 ) and particularly on the connection system described in detail below.

[00137] Part 2 of the housing, therefore the lower part in the figure, according to figure 3B, has a different shape with respect to the prior art .

[00138] In fact , the said part 2 is generally in the shape of a cup that provides a base 30 along the perimeter of which a lateral circular wall 31 protrudes vertically.

[00139] A thread 13 1 is obtained internally on the said lateral wall 31 , generally circular .

[00140] Therefore, the wall 31 together with the base delimit a space (or containment volume) into which the gasket 10 is inserted, and therefore, differently from the prior art , it is confined into a space delimited by the wall 31 and rests on the base 30. [00141] This makes the gasket not to move from the seat during the coupling phase of the two parts .

[00142] Obviously, the gasket must be of a correct size, in such a way as to abut against the whole wall 31 that surrounds it . [00143] The vertical wall 31 , in the part facing the base 30 is therefore equipped with a first thread 13 ' .

[00144] The upper part 1 of the housing comprises around a circumferential outer perimeter thereof , in proximity of the hem thereof , a second thread 13' ' , which is coupled with the first thread 13 ' , such that it is possible to screw part 1 with respect to part 2 .

[00145] Therefore, according to figure 3B, an exploded view of the closure system of the two parts (1 , 2) of the housing is illustrated. [00146] Therefore , as highlighted in figure 3B, said closure system comprises a surface 13 having a thread 13 ' ' with regard to part 1 and a surface 31 of part 2 having a thread 13 ' thereof and these two threads are coupled. In addition, there is a gasket 10 which is now inserted into the receiving volume obtained with the shape of a cup of the lower part 2 .

[00147] The thread 13 ' ' of surface 13 which is made outside part 1 is named screw.

[00148] Obviously, surface 13 is an annular -circular area near the hem of body 1 and it concerns the hem itself .

[00149] Said thread can be of different profiles, preferably round. This thread can have a various number of threads .

[00150] The person skilled in the art can assess features and sizes of the thread depending on the parameters of the proj ect , such as the weight suitable to be contained in the housing, the pressure of the fluids , and so on.

[00151] The thread 13 ' that is obtained on the vertical wall 31 of body 2 is made, as mentioned, inside the vertical wall 31 , that is facing the inner volume of the cup, and it is also named female screw.

[00152] This thread 13 ' is equal to thread 13 1 1 in the type of profile and number of threads . The profile of the thread of surface 31 is therefore preferably round and with the same number of threads of surface 13 .

[00153] Said thread 13 ' of surface 31 is complementary to thread 13 ' ' of surface 13 of part 1 in such a way as to couple to each other through the coaxial rotation of the two parts .

[00154] Obviously, the threads of the parts 1 and 2 can be inverted, that is making an inner thread in part 1 and an outer thread in part 2 .

[00155] This would mean that wall 31 of the cup-shaped body 2 , equipped with a thread on the outside of the said wall 31 , is inserted, according to this embodiment , into the opening delimited by the hem 13 of the upper part 1 and the thread 13 ' thereof is still developed along the said hem but inside the containment volume formed by the said part 1 .

[00156] The coupling between part 1 and part 2 of the housing, subj ect of the invention occurs through coaxial rotation, named screwing, between the threaded surfaces (13 , 31) of said parts (1 , 2 ) respectively.

[00157] The gasket 10 which is interposed between part 1 and part 2 has a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of wall 31 in order to be inserted into the containment volume . [00158] Substantially, it is inserted. into the containment volume of the cup- shaped body delimited outwardly by the threaded wall 31.

[00159] Therefore, as well shown in the section of figure 4 , the part 2 with the shape of a cup comprises a base 30 from which wall 31 protrudes vertically on which the inner thread 13 ' is made, that is facing the inner volume of the cup .

[00160] A part 19 diametrically narrower than the said cupshaped part (30 , 31) is connected to this cup (30 , 31) at the bottom such that a ninety- degree corner is formed at the point where base 30 and part 19 meet (see indication in figure 4 ) .

[00161] As well highlighted still in the section of figure 4 , inside the containment volume of the cup, at the point where vertical wall 31 meets base 30 , a cavity 50 is created immediately after the thread.

[00162] Therefore, the cavity runs along the circumference of wall 31 and the thread is developed above it .

[00163] The above-mentioned cavity 50 generates a space which ensures a joint of the gasket 10 that, once it has been inserted, it lays wholly into the cavity 50 thereby being further prevented from exiting.

[00164] Therefore, figure 4 shows a sectional view of the coupling between part 1 and part 2 .

[00165] The hem 13 of part 1 on which the thread 13 ' ' is obtained has a certain thickness and a circular shape such that it stands above and flattens the gasket 10 placed below.

[00166] Therefore, once the gasket has been positioned on the base 30 , the screwing of part 1 with respect to part 2 causes wall 13 of figure 4 to flatten the gasket that finds a further space 50 where to lay.

[00167] Therefore, the cavity 50 created between the threaded surface 31 and the base 30 with regard to part 2 is highlighted in this figure 4 .

[00168] According to how part 2 is made, that is with the inner thread, said gasket 10 is inserted into part 2 , thereby being positioned (housed) into the suitable cavity 50 created under the thread of part 2 and the base 30 of said part 2 , said cavity 50 having a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the gasket 10.

[00169] This insertion of the gasket 10 into part 2 into the suitable cavity 50 in said part 2 enables a precise and firm positioning of said gasket thereby creating an additional space that enables both to use a gasket with a greater diameter and to house the dilatation of the gasket during the flattening.

[00170] In addition, the material of which the gasket 15 is made, preferably silicone , has such properties as to be compressed and to be adjusted to the surface where it has been positioned, in this case into the cavity of part 2 , thereby ensuring the fixing of said gasket into part 2 .

[00171] The two parts (1, 2 ) of the housing, subj ect of the invention, are shown in figure 5 .

[00172] The outer thread 13 of surface 13 is highlighted in part 1 of the housing and the surface has the shape in circular plan.

[00173] There is shown part 2 with the shape of a cup which provides the vertical wall 31 , circular as well , where the thread 13 1 that is engaged with the thread 13 ' ’ is obtained .

[00174] As mentioned, the opposite is also valid, that is the thread 13 1 1 obtained inside the body 1 and therefore the thread 13 ' obtained outside the wall 31.

[00175] In part 2 of the housing there is shown how a filter 16 for fluids is inserted, for example in the shape of a filtering cartridge and the inner thread 13 ' relative to the cup 2 which is screwed with respect to part

1.

[00176] The filter can be of any type and it generally fits into a suitable seat 35 shown in figure 3B . However, this is known art and this is not the specific subj ect of the invention.

[00177] The threads can be obtained with various methods known in the art , such as machine tool processing to remove shavings, such as lathe, as well as by cold plastic deformation or rolling .

[00178] In addition, if the two parts of the housing are obtained through injection molding, for example in case of a plastic polymer, the same thread can be obtained directly by molding.

[00179] Therefore, the type of processing can be various but , in all cases, there is anyway the presence of threads as the coupling system through which the two parts are joined by screwing thereby easily making them adjacent , coaxial and therefore firmly joined to each other in a releasable way.

[00180] After having sufficiently described the housing subj ect of the invention structurally, now the use is described.

[00181] The housing for a filter for fluids must be assembled in use .

[00182] For assembling the housing, one proceeds with the insertion of the gasket 10 into the receiving volume of the cup of the lower part 2 , taking care of inserting the outer hem of the gasket into the cavity 50 of part 2. In this way it remains firm and well fixed because it is confined between the thread of surface 31 and the base 30 of said part 2 .

[00183] One or more filters are inserted into the suitable seats 35. [00184] One proceeds then with the screwing of the threads of the parts ( 1 , 2 ) respectively.

[00185] The thread closure system described above enables a precise and fast insertion of the gasket 10 thus providing a greater lifespan of said gasket and lesser assembly time of the two parts constituting the housing.

[00186] In addition, this closure system of the housing enables an optimal tightness against leakage of fluids .

[00187] Therefore, the coupling of the two parts occurs precisely and quickly by screwing the said two parts to each other.

[00188] At this point the housing can be used for the aimed purposes .

[00189] According to a variable embodiment of the invention perfectly equivalent to the one described above, one of the two parts may comprise a collar mounted coaxially along the end of the said part which must be connected to the other part . The said collar is mounted rotatably since it is engaged with a thread obtained at the end of the part to which it is connected, in such a way as to be able to rotate . The other part provides a further thread in such a way that , by moving the two parts close to each other and by making the collar rotate, it slides onto the thread of the part on which it is arranged to be engaged with the thread of the other part thereby achieving the connection of the two parts . In this case, both threads on the two parts are outside of the corresponding parts .
