Abstract:
The present invention relates to an air foil journal bearing in which air is introduced to form a pressure between a foil and a rotor rotated at high speed, to support a load in the radial direction of the rotor and thus facilitate the rotation of the rotor and, more specifically, to a housing fixing structure of an air foil journal bearing wherein the housing fixing structure restricts axial movement of a bump through opposite ends of the bump and a top foil fixing part, so as to increase durability against external shock or vibration.
