Abstract:
This housing management system (10) comprises: an article information acquisition unit (110) that acquires article information indicating an article being housed; a housing control unit (120) that makes a housing mechanism (200) house the article in a housing unit (210); an article specifying information acquisition unit (140) that acquires article specifying information; and a retrieval control unit (160) that, in cases where the article specifying information matches the article information, makes the housing mechanism (200) retrieve, from the housing unit (210), the article indicated by the article information that matches the article specifying information, and, in cases where the article specifying information matches operation/state information indicating an operation or a state of a user and the operation/state information and the article information are associated with one another in a recording medium (130), makes the housing mechanism (200) retrieve, from the housing unit (210), the article indicated by the article information associated with the operation/state information.
