Abstract:
Disclosed is a housing manufacturing method, comprising: performing a milling and breaking process on a housing to form an antenna slit; performing roughening processing on an inner wall surface of the antenna slit; and filling an adhesive in the antenna slit, the adhesive being firmly bonded to the inner wall surface. Also disclosed is a mobile terminal. After the inner wall surface of the antenna slit has undergone the roughening processing, a plurality of nano recesses are formed at the inner wall surface, such that roughness of the inner wall surface is enhanced, thereby effectively improving bonding between the adhesive and the inner wall surface. The adhesive adheres to the inner wall surface, thereby adhering to metal portions at two sides of the antenna slit. As a result, the adherence of the adhesive to the metal portions at the two sides of the antenna slit is enhanced, enabling a housing to have a high strength, increasing the yield of the housing, and reducing production costs.
