Abstract:
The housing (1) is cylindrical. At least one position of the inner circumferential surface of the housing is provided with a bearing member-setting section (4) in which a bearing member is set and at least two positions of the outer circumferential surface of the housing, one above and one below, are provided with attachment legs (5, 6). Attachment sections (10) to which a processing machine chuck mechanism attaches during processing are established on at least three positions in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface corresponding to the position where the bearing member-setting section (4) is provided.
