Abstract:
Disclosed are a housing used for a linear vibration motor and a linear vibration motor. The housing comprises housing walls and an elastic piece used for providing an elastic restoring force for a vibrator of the linear vibration motor, wherein the housing walls encircle to form an inner chamber, the housing walls have an external hollowed-out region used for communicating the inner chamber with the outside, the hollowed-out region is located in the vibration direction, the elastic piece is connected to the housing walls, and extends into the inner chamber, and the elastic piece is configured to be able to embed in the hollowed-out region when compressed. In this way, the thickness of the elastic piece does not occupy space in the vibration direction, thereby providing a larger space for the vibration of the vibrator.
