Title:
HPAE TO WHICH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SOLUTION INJECTION DRIVING SIGNAL CONTROL DEVICE IS ATTACHED
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/022526
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to HPAE to which a hydrogen peroxide solution injection driving signal control device is attached and, more specifically, to HPAE to which a hydrogen peroxide solution injection driving signal control device is attached, the HPAE comprising: a fog generation device including a hydrogen peroxide solution storage supply unit for storing and supplying a hydrogen peroxide solution, an air supply unit for introducing outside air so as to supply the pressurized air, and a spray device unit for receiving the hydrogen peroxide solution and the pressurized air from the hydrogen peroxide solution storage supply unit and the air supply unit and for spraying the hydrogen peroxide solution in a dry fog form through a spray nozzle; and a hydrogen peroxide solution injection driving signal control device electrically connected with the fog generation device, and controlling a driving of the fog generation device such that an injection amount of the hydrogen peroxide aerosol (HPA) is adjusted. The HPAE, presented in the present invention, to which the hydrogen peroxide solution injection driving signal control device is attached, comprises a hydrogen peroxide solution injection driving signal control device for controlling a driving such that an injection amount of hydrogen peroxide aerosol (HPA) injected in a dry fog form or hydrogen peroxide-ionized hydrogen peroxide aerosol (IHPA) injected in a dry fog form is adjusted, and thus, the hydrogen peroxide solution injection driving signal control device controls a driving of a fog generation device and a plasma generation device so as to adjust an HPA or IHPA injection amount according to the conditions (form, humidity, structure, and the like) of a sterilized space, thereby being capable of minimally preventing a dew condensation phenomenon caused by excessive HPA or IHPA. In addition, according to the present invention, since a dew condensation phenomenon is minimally prevented through the adjustment of an injection amount of HPA or IHPA by an intermittent driving timing control using a hydrogen peroxide solution injection driving signal control device, side effects including changes of physical properties or corrosion and the like caused by the dew condensation phenomenon are prevented and, a sterilization effect obtained by preventing the dew condensation phenomenon can be more improved.
