Abstract:
Disclosed are HPTS series derivatives and a synthesis method therefor, which belong to the technical field of organic synthesis. The HPTS series derivatives are prepared by introducing an alkyl amine or alcohol into sulfonic acid groups of HPTS, and the synthesis method comprises the following steps: 1) feeding HPTS and phosphorus oxychloride into reaction, heating and refluxing and reacting same for 12 hours under the catalysis of DMF so as to obtain a reaction product; 2) introducing the reaction product into ice water and stirring same, separating the solid and subjecting same to suction filtration so as to obtain HPTS-SO 2Cl; 3) dissolving HPTS-SO 2Cl in tetrahydrofuran to prepare a solution A, and dissolving an alkyl amine or an alcohol in tetrahydrofuran to prepare a solution B; and mixing the solution A and the solution B and reacting same for 24 h at normal temperature, subjecting same to rotary evaporation to obtain a product, and subjecting the product to column separation to obtain a pure compound. The derivatives have a relatively strong fat solubility, overcome the defects of a very strong water solubility and a limited application range of HPTS, and broaden the application range of HPTS.
