Abstract:
A HRM detection primer, kit, and method for quickly distinguishing a classical strain from a variant strain of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus. According to the method, by taking virus nucleic acid extracted from a sample as a template, RT-PCR amplification is performed on the primer and a fluorescence saturated dye to obtain an amplification product, and HRM analysis is performed on the amplification product to determine a virus type.
