Abstract:
Provided are a revolutionary HRV change detection method for health evaluation and HRV change detection device for health evaluation. Said method and device can detect whether an HRV value is changing, thereby easily and accurately finding out whether there are health anomalies present, whether recovery is occurring, or whether medical testing is necessary. By thereby encouraging early comprehensive physicals or tests for specific diseases, the provided method and device can find disorders early or verify the effectiveness of treatments. The provided HRV change detection method for health evaluation detects whether a sympathetic/parasympathetic balance level (HRV value) from an autonomous nervous system balance test (HRV), which uses frequency analysis of tiny fluctuations in heartbeat intervals to test the balance between the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system, has changed with respect to a reference, said reference being an HRV value from the subject measured in the past under identical test conditions, with the bodily environment and the time of day of measurement being the same.
