Abstract:
Disclosed is a hub casting machining apparatus, comprising a box body. A support plate is fixed to an outer wall on one side of the box body by means of bolts, a conveying mechanism is arranged on an outer wall on the top of the support plate, a support frame is fixed to an outer wall on the top of the box body by means of bolts, a lifting mechanism is arranged on an inner wall on the top of the support frame, a lower die is fixed to an inner wall on the top of the box body by means of bolts, a cooling mechanism is arranged on an outer wall of the lower die, an upper die is fixed to an outer wall on one side of the lifting mechanism by means of bolts, a heating box is fixed to an inner wall of the box body by means of bolts, a heating coil is fixed to an inner wall of the heating box by means of bolts, a heat preservation layer is bonded to the inner wall of the heating box, and a temperature controller is fixed to an outer wall on one side of the top of the box body by means of bolts. By means of starting a water pump, the water pump conveys a cooling liquid from a cooling box into the water pump by means of a water inlet pipe, the water pump conveys the cooling liquid to a nozzle by means of a water outlet pipe such that the cooling liquid is sprayed out in an atomized manner, and thus, water mist cooling is conducted on a die.
