Abstract:
This hub clutch device is configured such that a switching mechanism (13) for switching a slide gear (19) and an outer gear (20) between an engagement state and a release state has: an attracting part (37) which is disposed in one among a slide gear (19) and an outer gear (20), and made magnetic by a magnet (36); and an attracted part (34) which is disposed in the other one among the slide gear (19) and the outer gear (20), and attracted by the attracting part (37), wherein a processing treatment for stabilizing the state of attraction between the attracting part (37) and the attracted part (34) is performed on at least one among the attracting part (37) and the attracted part (34).
