A hub driver and a transmission system thereof, wherein the transmission system comprises: a flange shaft (10), and a speed reducer (20) and a connecting ring (30), which are sleeved on the flange shaft (10), wherein the connecting ring (30) sheaths the outside of the flange shaft (10) and is located between the speed reducer (20) and a flange (10b) of the flange shaft (10); the connecting ring (30) and the flange (10b) are connected by means of a first sliding slot (31) and a first boss (11) which is inserted into the first sliding slot (31), the connecting ring (30) and an output end (20a) of the speed reducer (20) are connected by means of a second sliding slot (32) and a second boss (21) which is inserted into the second sliding slot (32), wherein the first boss (11) and the second boss (21) may slide along a corresponding sliding slot, and the first sliding slot (31) and the second sliding slot (32) are perpendicular to each other. The hub driver may prevent a ground load from being transmitted to the speed reducer (20) by means of the flange shaft (10), thus reducing the vibration and noise of the speed reducer (20); moreover, the hub driver occupies a small space and installation is convenient .
