Abstract:
A hub motor and an electric vehicle; the hub motor comprises a central shaft (100) and, connected to the central shaft, a housing assembly (200), a stator assembly (300), a rotor assembly (400), and a gear assembly (500); the housing assembly (200) and the rotor assembly (400) are both supported on the central shaft (100) by means of bearings (110); the stator assembly (300) comprises a stator core (320) and a winding (310); the stator core (320) has a closed yoke (322), the outer periphery of the yoke (322) is provided with a plurality of teeth (321), the winding (310) is wound on the teeth (321), and aluminum wire is used for the winding (310); the rotor assembly (400) is provided with a permanent magnet (440), and the material of the permanent magnet (440) is ferrite; and the rotor assembly (400) is in transmission connection with the housing assembly (200) by means of the gear assembly (500).
