Abstract:
[Problem] To obtain a structure wherein water having entered the gap between the bottom surface of an annular groove in a rotation-side flange and the axial inner surface of a rotating body for braking can be easily discharged to the outside space.
[Solution] The outer diameter DO of an annular groove 15 is greater than the diameter DDI of the circle inscribing the axially outer openings of water drain holes 17a and is smaller than the diameter DDO of the circle circumscribing the axially outer openings of the water drain holes 17a.
