Abstract:
Provided are: a hub unit with steering function having a simple structure and high rigidity and reduced in size; a steering system; and a vehicle equipped with the hub unit with steering function. This hub unit (1) with steering function includes: a hub unit main body (2) having a hub bearing (15) that supports a wheel (9); a unit support member (3) that is provided on a knuckle (6) of a suspension device (12) and supports the hub unit main body (2) so as to be rotatable around a steering axis (A) extending in the vertical direction; and a steering actuator (5) that drives the hub unit main body (2) so as to rotate around the steering axis (A). The hub unit main body (2) is supported by the unit support member (3) with pre-pressurized rolling-element bearings (4, 4) interposed therebetween.
