Abstract:
A human antibody preparation for targeted therapy of TNF-α related diseases, which is mainly an aqueous liquid pharmaceutical preparation. The aqueous liquid pharmaceutical preparation can enhance the stability of a TNF-α antagonist antibody drug containing a recombinant human anti-TNF-α monoclonal antibody, and prolong the retention cycle of the drug in the aqueous preparation. The preparation still remains stable after being stored at a high temperature of 40°C for four weeks, undergoing an exposure test at a light intensity of 4000lx and at least five cycles of freezing and thawing, and being placed at room temperature for one month and stored at a temperature of 2-8°C for at least 36 mouths. The preparation can be used in hypodermic injection.
