Abstract:
The present invention relates to footwear (including shoes, sneakers and the like, and hereinafter, referred to as "footwear") which is produced on the basis of ergonomics, and which comprises: a heel arranged at a rear bottom of a sole; and an impact-absorbing cap detachably coupled to the heel. The footwear according to the present invention absorbs external impacts generated during walking as much as possible over three stages. The heel of the footwear of the present invention can be separated into a left part and a right part, and is replaceable at any time. Thus, the footwear of the present invention prevents deformation in the ankle joint and knock-knees caused by a difference in wear between the two heels of shoes.
