Abstract:
A human body pressure sensor (100), a vehicle seat (300), a vehicle, and a processing method for the human body pressure sensor (100). The human body pressure sensor (100) comprises: a hard printed circuit board (102), provided with two exposed metal film contacts (103) in a parallel arrangement; a flexible polyester thin film (104), provided with a foil-type electrically-conductive layer (1041); a supporting base plate (101) and a press-contact top cover (106), the foil-type electrically-conductive layer (1041), a flexible spacing layer (105), and the hard printed circuit board (102) being provided within an accommodating body consisting of the press-touch top cover (106) and the supporting base plate (101); metal pin-shaped wiring terminals (107), electrically connected to the exposed metal film contacts (103) and running through a sheath (108) of the supporting base plate (101); and the sheath (108), the sheath (108) of a same structure with the supporting base plate (101) being provided in the area of the supporting base plate (101) at where the metal pin-shaped wiring terminals (107) protrude. Compared with a scheme in which a thin-film switch is connected to an external electrically-conductive cable, this has the advantages of being more convenient, occupying less space, having great switch sensitivity, having great wear resistance, and being inexpensive. Moreover, the hard printed circuit board (102) facilitates the provision of peripheral electronic components such as serial/parallel-connected resistors, diodes, capacitors, TVS anti-surge protection components.
