A human body vital sign signal collecting device, comprising an electrocardiogram sticker (1) and an electrode piece (2), one surface of the electrode piece (2) being provided with an electrode male button (22), and an electrode female button (13) being embedded in a bottom portion of the electrocardiogram sticker (1); the electrode piece (2) is inserted onto the electrode female button (13) on the bottom portion of the electrocardiogram sticker (1) by means of the electrode male button (22), while a gel layer (23) that is opposite to the electrode male button (22) and that has a certain area is attached to the other surface of the electrode piece (2); a support member (14) is disposed between the electrocardiogram sticker (1) and the electrode piece (2), the electrocardiogram sticker (1) being supported on the electrode sheet (2) by means of the support member (14), and the support member (14) being disposed far from the gel layer (23). Since the support member (14) is provided between the electrocardiogram sticker (1) and the electrode piece (2), and the support member (14) is disposed far from the gel layer (23), the pressure (F1) applied to a top portion or a pushing force (F2) at a side surface of the electrocardiogram sticker (1) will be directly transmitted to the electrode piece (2) by means of the support member (14) at the bottom portion thereof, and the gel layer (23) that is attached to the electrode piece (2) and that is used for detection will not be disturbed by an external force, ensuring the stability of a detection source, thereby improving the stability and reliability of electrocardiogram signal collection.
