Abstract:
The present application is applicable to the field of assisted driving, and specifically provides a human-computer interaction method and apparatus, a device, and a vehicle. The human-computer interaction method comprises: obtaining information expressed by a user, and obtaining an experience intention of the user according to the information expressed by the user; obtaining a plurality of recommended strategy actions according to state information of an on-board unit and the experience intention of the user, the strategy actions being used for controlling the on-board unit and being configured with scores; adjusting the scores of the plurality of strategy actions according to strategy preference information of the user; and determining, according to the adjusted scores, a strategy action for controlling the on-board unit, and controlling the on-board unit. In the present application, the strategy action conforming to a current scene and the user preference can be provided according to an expression habit of the user, thereby meeting an expectation of the user for human-computer interaction, and improving experience evaluation of the user.
