Abstract:
The present application relates to a human ear hearing characteristics-based method and device for detecting bearing failure. The method comprises: a) obtaining a sound/vibration-psychoacoustic annoyance model; b) acquiring a sound and/or vibration signal of a bearing; c) calculating psychoacoustic parameters on the basis of the acquired sound and/or vibration signal; d) inputting the calculated psychoacoustic parameters into the obtained sound/vibration-psychoacoustic annoyance model to obtain a sound/vibration-psychoacoustic annoyance index; and e) determining a bearing failure level on the basis of the obtained sound/vibration-psychoacoustic annoyance index. The device comprises a sensor and a processor.
