Abstract:
Provided are a human induced pluripotent stem cell and a culture method therefor and a use thereof. The human induced pluripotent stem cell is obtained by transfecting a human pluripotent adipose-derived stem cell by using a human estrogen-related receptor γ gene and/or a human insulin gene, and can be used for preparing a drug for treating diabetes.
