A human mouth high-fit side-leakage-proof paper cover, comprising a paper cover body (1) and a paper cover plate (2), wherein the paper cover body (1) is arranged around the outer edge of the paper cover plate (2); the paper cover plate (2) is provided thereon with a concave area (3) having the lowest position, and the lowest position of the concave area (3) is provided with a drinking port (4) and a paper cover sheet (5) that blocks the drinking port (4). The concave area (3) is disposed on the paper cover at the paper cover plate (2), so that liquid leaking from the side may flow back to the drinking port (4) during drinking, and no residue is left on the paper cover plate (2) so as to maintain the cleanness thereof. An inclined surface of the concave area (3) is designed as an arc-shaped surface, so that the contact surface of the concave area (3) is more attached to the upper lip; the contact area between the paper cover plate (2) and the upper lip is increased to provide a side-leakage-proof function; and the problem in which the upper lip is extruded by a traditional flat surface is avoided, so that the upper lip and the paper cover plate (2) are in a just-contacted and not extruded state during the drinking process of a user, which provides the paper cover plate (2) with a lip contact structure, and improves the drinking experience of the user.
