Abstract:
Provided are a fusion protein which comprises an amino acid sequence of thioredoxin
and a downstream parathyroid hormone 1-34 from thioredoxin, and expression
vectors thereof. The fusion protein may further comprises a linker peptide with
a recognition site of proteolytic enzyme between thioredoxin and parathyroid
hormone 1-34. The fusion protein can be useful for producing human parathyroid
hormone 1-34.
