Abstract:
It comprises an electrically insulating and heat-resisting heat insulator (1A) disposed inside an electric melting furnace (1), a ceramic heat-resisting material (4) superposed on the electrically insulating and heat-resisting heat insulator (1A) in the bottom surface of the furnace, ceramic triangular prisms (3) disposed at optional places on the opposite internal lateral surfaces of the electric melting furnace (1), inflow rate control plate (3A) disposed between the two ceramic triangular prisms (3) for controlling the inflow of human waste (9), an actuator (8) disposed on top of the electric melting furnace (1) for moving an electrode, and high temperature gauges (10, 11) disposed on top of the electric melting furnace (1).
