The present invention relates to a Hume pipe sealing/connecting device configured such that the waterproofing performance can be improved substantially by improving the structure of elastic sleeves that surround joints of Hume pipes, and connection of ends of elastic sleeves that surround joints of Hume pipes and clamping of clamping bands that tighten both-side peripheries of the elastic sleeves are facilitated. A Hume pipe sealing/connecting device according to the present invention is a Hume pipe sealing/connecting device installed around a joint of a Hume pipe having an enlarged pipe portion formed on one side thereof, thereby maintaining watertightness, the Hume pipe sealing/connecting device comprising: an elastic sleeve having both ends adjoined to each other so as to surround around the joint of the Hume pipe; end finish members provided on both ends of the elastic sleeve, respectively; an end connecting member for connecting/fixing the end finish members to each other; and clamping bands installed around both sides of the elastic sleeve installed around the joint of the Hume pipe by means of connecting/fixing of the end finish members by the end connecting member, thereby tightening same in the inward radial direction.
