Abstract:
Provided is a humidification device comprising: a main body in which an air passage is formed establishing communication between a suction port and a blowout port; a blower means that is provided to the air passage and that generates an air flow from the suction port toward the blowout port during operation; a humidification element that is provided to the air passage; a water supply means that supplies water to the humidification element; a control unit that switches between operation in a humidification mode in which the blower means is operated in a state in which water supply to the humidification element is carried out, and operation in a blowing mode in which the blower means is operated in a state in which water supply to the humidification element is stopped; and a storage unit in which a scheduled stop time of the blower means is stored. The control unit sets a blowing mode operation time before the scheduled stop time and a blowing mode operation time after the scheduled stop time on the basis of the time required for drying of the humidification element in the blowing mode.
