Abstract:
A humidification element comprising: a plurality of humidification bodies arranged in a row so that gaps are provided therebetween; a diffusion member provided above the plurality of humidification bodies and coming into contact with the plurality of humidification bodies; and a water storage tank for storing water, the water storage tank being provided above the humidification bodies and having a water storage part (110) in which a plurality of water injection holes are formed on the bottom surface thereof. A cylindrical water pipe (111) extending vertically is provided on the inner side of the water storage tank at a position that does not obstruct the water injection holes, and the lower end of the water pipe (111) serves as an outlet passing through the bottom surface of the water storage part (110). An inlet (121) is provided to the cylindrical water pipe (111) at a position lower than the outer wall of the water storage part (110). A groove-form conduit (123) is formed at a position adjacent to the lowermost end of the inlet (121) of the water pipe (111), from the water storage part (110) side to the side of the interior of the water pipe (111).
