A humidifier (16) comprises an adsorber (20), a rotation drive member (26) that rotates the adsorber, and an accommodation case (18) that accommodates the adsorber while allowing rotation thereof. In the accommodation case are formed a cool air introduction part (182) that introduces cool air, a warm air introduction part (183) that introduces warm air, a humidifying lead-out part (185) that leads humidified air toward a space to be humidified, and a dehumidifying lead-out part (184) that leads out dehumidified air. When humidifying the space to be humidified, the rotation drive member rotates the adsorber to a humidifying position at which the warm air introduction part and the humidifying lead-out part communicate via a flow passage and communication between the cool air introduction part and the dehumidifying lead-out part is blocked by a side surface wall part (22) of the adsorber. During moisture collection in which the adsorber is caused to adsorb moisture, the rotation drive member rotates the adsorber to a moisture collection position at which the cool air introduction part and the dehumidifying lead-out part communicate via the flow passage and communication between the warm air introduction part and the humidifying lead-out part is blocked by the side surface wall part of the adsorber.
