Abstract:

Filter substrates are each provided with multiple protruding parts, and the disclosed humidifier filter comprises multiple such filter substrates which are laminated together and used as a humidifier filter laminate body. Said protruding parts are formed by applying pressure to portions of the substrates. Even using light-weight thin film-shaped filter substrates in the humidifier filter, space can be secured between neighboring humidifier filters. By this means, the filter substrates are not prone to damage during the manufacturing process, and humidification is not decreased.
