Abstract:
A humidifier and fuel cell system that attain inhibition of damaging of a steam
permeable membrane at low temperatures. The humidifier is provided thereinside
with a steam permeable membrane. In the humidifier, an oxidizing gas and an oxidizing
offgas with humidity higher than that of the same are introduced in the interior
thereof, and the oxidizing gas is humidified by the oxidizing offgas via the steam
permeable membrane. The steam permeable membrane is located at a position inferior
to an inlet for oxidizing gas but superior to an outlet therefor. Further, the
steam permeable membrane is located at a position inferior to an inlet for oxidizing
offgas but superior to an outlet therefor.
