A humidifier water tank assembly, a filtering device (10), and a humidifier comprising same. The humidifier water tank assembly comprises a water tank (20), the filtering device (10), and a water outlet cover (30), wherein the water outlet cover (30) is disposed at a water outlet of the water tank (20) and is used for controlling water coming out from the water tank (20), and the filtering device (10) is disposed at a water injection port of the water tank (20) and filters water injected into the water tank (20), and/or the filtering device (10) is disposed at the water outlet of the water tank (20), so that the water in the water tank (20) is filtered and then flows to the water outlet cover (30). The humidifier water tank assembly is provided with the filtering device (10) at the water injection port and/or the water outlet to filter water and remove harmful substances in the water, such as particulate impurities or bacteria, thereby carrying out the function of protecting the water outlet cover (30), thus preventing harmful substances in the water from causing wear or corrosion to components in the water outlet cover (30) and prolonging the service life of the water outlet cover (30).
