Abstract:
This humidifying element comprises a plurality of humidifying bodies that are arranged in a first direction so as to leave gaps therebetween, a diffusion member that extends in said first direction and contacts the humidifying bodies, and a casing inside which the humidifying bodies and the diffusion member are accommodated. A water storage part (12) that is provided above the humidifying bodies and accumulates water is formed in the casing, a plurality of water supply holes (12a) are formed in the bottom surface of said water storage part (12), tubular walls (12b) that extend downwards from the water supply holes (12a) are formed outside the bottom surface of the water storage part (12), the ends of said tubular walls (12b) contact the diffusion member, and connecting openings (12c) that connect the insides of the tubular walls (12b) with the outsides thereof are formed in the tubular walls (12b).
