Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a humidity control material for fruits and vegetables, which prevents dew condensation from occurring on the surface of fruits and vegetables while preventing the surface of fruits and vegetables from drying. A solution to the problem is a humidity control material which is for fruits and vegetables and includes a bag having a moisture permeable and waterproof film and water retained inside the bag.
