Abstract:
In this adsorption isotherm for an adsorptive material, a change in the water content of the adsorptive material relative to a change in relative humidity in a second range (II) is greater than the change in water content of the adsorptive material relative to a change in relative humidity in a first range (I) and a third range (III), where the first range (I) is less than a first relative humidity value (RH1), the second range (II) is equal to or greater than the first relative humidity value (RH1) and equal to or less than a second relative humidity value (RH2) (RH2 > RH1), and the third range (III) is greater than the second relative humidity value (RH2). Moisture is desorbed from the adsorptive material near the first relative humidity value (RH1), and is adsorbed to the adsorptive material near the second relative humidity value (RH2).
