Abstract:
This husking-roller burnout prevention device with improved durability and suitable for practical use is provided with a crude-material tank for temporarily storing a crude material, a lower-limit sensor that detects a lower limit value of the crude material in the crude-material tank, a husking section constituted of a pair of husking rollers, a flow detection sensor that detects the flow of grains in the husking section or in a process subsequent to the husking section, and a controller that determines that a shortage of the crude material has occurred in a hulling process and causes the husking section to stop the hulling process when the lower-limit sensor detects a no-grain signal and the flow detection sensor detects a signal indicating that there is a flow of grains.
