Abstract:
The present invention discloses a hyaluronic acid hydrogel and a hyaluronic acid film, a preparation method therefor, and applications thereof. In the present invention, a hyaluronic acid derivative M and a hyaluronic acid derivative F are used to perform cycloaddition reaction; a ring structure is introduced into hyaluronic acid under the condition that other macromolecular chains are prevented from being added; and a cross-linking reaction is performed under illumination after a photoinitiator is added. The hyaluronic acid hydrogel and the hyaluronic acid film prepared by the method have good elasticity, mechanical properties, and fatigue resistance, and can bear ten thousand times of cyclic compression without damage; and application ranges of the hyaluronic acid hydrogel and the hyaluronic acid film are effectively expanded.
