Abstract:

Embodiments of the present invention provide a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledge transmission method and apparatus. The hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledge transmission method comprises: a user equipment receives, on a first serving cell at a subframe n-k, a PDSCH or a downlink control channel indicating downlink SPS release; and the user equipment sends, at a subframe n, an HARQ-ACK corresponding to the PDSCH or the downlink control channel on the first serving cell at the subframe n-k, HARQ-ACK timing comprising first HARQ-ACK timing or second HARQ-ACK timing.
