Abstract:
Provided are a hybrid automatic repeat request transmission method, a terminal and a base station. The transmission method in the present disclosure comprises: determining a PUCCH resource set configured for a terminal, wherein the PUCCH resource set only comprises PUCCH resources using a PUCCH format 0 and a PUCCH format 1; and according to a PRI included in downlink control information (DCI), determining, in the PUCCH resource set, a target PUCCH resource used by HARQ feedback information corresponding to the DCI, and sending the HARQ feedback information on the target PUCCH resource, wherein PRIs included in DCI corresponding to HARQ feedback information transmitted on the same PUCCH resource in the same time slot are the same, and PRIs included in DCI corresponding to HARQ feedback information transmitted on different PUCCHs in the same time slot are different.
