Abstract:
Provided is a method for controlling a hybrid car, in which a car speed (V1) is set (at S130) as an intermittent run inhibiting car speed (Vpr) before a charge condition holds for the charge of a master battery or a slave battery at a predetermined value or less. When or after the charge condition holds, a car speed (V2) lower than the car speed (V1) is set (at S140) as the intermittent run inhibiting car speed (Vpr). When a car speed (V) is lower (at S150) than the intermittent run inhibiting car speed (Vpr), the engine and the motor are so controlled (at S190 to S350) before the charge condition holds, that the electric run using only the power inputted/outputted from the motor may be dominant. When and after the charge condition holds, the engine and the motor are so controlled (at S210 to S350) that the run may be accompanied by the intermittent run of the engine on the basis of a demand power (Pe*).
