Abstract:

The present invention enables continuance of work by preventing deterioration and assistance shortage of a power storage device caused by over-discharging of the power storage device or engine stalling caused by an assistance failure when the power storage amount of the power storage device decreases, and assures high operability by reducing the feeling of discomfort during operation given to an operator. A target pump output calculation unit (21) calculates presently required pump power on the basis of information relating to work, limits the presently required pump power according to the reduction degree of a power storage state when the power storage state of a power storage device (12a) falls below a preset threshold value, and calculates the limited presently required pump power as a present target pump output. A pump flowrate limitation command value calculation unit (22) calculates a pump flowrate limitation command value so as to prevent an output of a hydraulic pump (9) from exceeding the target pump output, on the basis of the present target pump output.
