Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a hybrid converter valve tower, comprising: at least two first module groups arranged at intervals, each comprising a first main branch module and a first auxiliary branch module arranged in parallel; and at least two second module groups arranged at intervals, each comprising a second main branch module and a second auxiliary branch module arranged in parallel. The first module group and the second module group are alternately arranged, the output terminal of the first module group is electrically connected to the input terminal of the second module group, the output terminal of the second module group is electrically connected to the input terminal of the first module group of the next layer, a first surge arrester is arranged between the input terminals of two layers of first module groups close to each other, and a second surge arrester is arranged between the input terminals of two layers of second module groups close to each other. A first shielding cover and a second shielding cover are respectively arranged on the two sides of the first module group at the top and the two sides of the second module group at the bottom. The hybrid converter valve tower is small in size and compact in layout.
