The present invention relates to a hybrid coupler using intentional mismatching, the hybrid coupler comprising: a one-side ring part, which comprises a first branch line having a Z0 impedance and connecting an input port (Port 1) and an output port (Port 2), which is a transmitted port, a second branch line extending from the input port (Port 1) and having a Z1 impedance, and a third branch line extending from the output port (Port 2) and having the Z1 impedance; the other-side ring part, which comprises a fourth branch line having the Z0 impedance and connecting an output port (Port 3), which is a coupled port, and an isolated port (Port 4), a fifth branch line extending from the output port (Port 3) and having a Z3 impedance, and a sixth branch line extending from the isolated port (Port 4) and having the Z3 impedance; and a seventh branch line having the Z0 impedance and connecting the end portions of the second branch line, the third branch line, the fifth branch line and the sixth branch line. According to the present invention, output terminals are positioned in the same direction through a double-ring hybrid structure and phase correction elements are unnecessary, such that the output terminals can be implemented as a cascade so as to be in the same direction, thereby easily connecting with other elements in a system and minimizing the size of the coupler.
