Abstract:
A hybrid drive transmission comprising a continuously variable transmission shifting module, constituted by a combination of a gear drive and a continuously variable transmission. A power flow of an engine is transmitted via a flywheel (1), a double mass-like flywheel component (2), and a wedge clutch (3) to an input shaft front end (4), after which the power flow is divided into two paths, one path is connected to a solid input shaft (10) via a flexible reset coupler (7), and the other path enters a CVT input shaft (9) via a CVT front end gear set (5) and is connected to a hollow input shaft (15) via a CVT output shaft (8), a CVT synchronizer (12), a CVT rear end gear set (14), and a flexible reset coupler (13). An odd-numbered gear output gear is mounted on the solid input shaft (10); an even-numbered gear output gear is mounted on the hollow input shaft (15); said gears respectively mesh with corresponding gears on output shaft one and on output shaft two. The hybrid drive transmission obviates shifting jerkiness and power interruption in all speed ratio intervals.
