Abstract:
The present invention provides a hybrid film-type heater manufacturing method and a hybrid film-type heater, the method comprising the steps of: a) preparing a base film having a conductor membrane formed on the surface thereof; b) forming a surface heating element electrode and a wire heating element on the base film by etching peripheral portions of the conductor membrane of the base film other than portions corresponding to the surface heating element electrode and the wire heating element; c) insulating the space between the surface heating element electrode and the wire heating element on the upper surface of the base film; d) printing a surface heating element adjacent to the surface heating element electrode on the upper surface of the base film; and e) insulating the upper surface of the base film, on which the wire heating element and the surface heating element are formed, whereby: a heating area can be maximally ensured in various forms (a non-heating element can be decreased); the wider heating area can be favorable to transferring heat to a heat-receiving element; a heating step can be selectively adjusted as necessary (surface heating element On, wire heating Off / surface heating Off, wire heating On); and a manufacturing process and a manufacture cost can be reduced compared with the prior art.
