Abstract:
The present invention provides a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes: a current change detector for detecting change of photocurrent from an input port, one or more pixel units, each pixel unit comprising one or more photodiodes and corresponding transfer gate transistors, and a reset transistor, wherein a source of each transfer gate transistor is connected to a cathode of the corresponding photodiode, and a drain of each transfer gate transistor is connected to a source of the reset transistor, and one or more selector circuits for connecting the drain of the reset transistor to the input port of the current change detector or a fixed voltage in response to a control signal. The present invention achieves a good alignment matching of frame based images and the event based images.
